How to delete your account
Simple steps to permanently remove your account from the Daawah platform
Do you wish to delete your account?
We are sorry to see you go! To process your request, please read the following steps for help in permanently and easily deleting all your app-related data.
Deletion Steps via App:
- 1 Log into your account in the 'Daawah' app on your mobile phone.
- 2 Go to Side Menu (or Settings).
- 3 Search for an option Delete Account You will usually find it under the "Profile" options.
- 4 Confirm your request by clicking on تأكيد החذف (Confirm Delete) And all your data will be erased immediately.
Important Notes:
- Once deleted, all events and invitee lists associated with your account will be irreversibly erased.
- You will not be able to recover any active packages or subscriptions after deletion, and their value will not be refunded.
